time of the year- appraisal time
Ive had appraisal with both crazy beech and lauban. of cos i value the one with lauban more.
Im happy with myself. Cos i have no problems filling up my work review report this year. 6 items? nah! i even have to squeeze few into one! +yayas+
the one i felt most proud of: of course my event. It was just given an IMA award by management and CEO. fresh out of the oven on monday. It was the first time i attended Management meeting. super stressful.
and also, winning Service excellence in URA awards and EXSA national award. Couldnt be more thankful, as a relatively new officer in service for only 1+ yr, in a job that is hard to get acclolades
others like supervising the KM system, SLV database .. blablablabla bla
Thank God for giving me the strength and favour, over this one hectic year
Boss told me to prep for harder work. He really wants to develop his officers i guess. anyhow, some senior ppl are leaving and their portfolios cannot be left dangling. also pushed me from a half newbie to becoming more and more senior on the fast track
Lined up for next year, besides regular PLO work, and continuing my current portfolio
- implement and conduct functional training for all in the unit. on a monthly basis!
- take on mentoring new officers
- come next week, WITS leader. (argh)
- Monitor service provider
- more events! DnD

its exciting and scary at the same time
and he asked me if i want to join the team to revamp our website ...
IT siahhhh
now im seriously thinking on how to have 84 hours a day
