Ive had appraisal with both crazy beech and lauban. of cos i value the one with lauban more.

Im happy with myself. Cos i have no problems filling up my work review report this year. 6 items? nah! i even have to squeeze few into one! +yayas+

the one i felt most proud of: of course my event. It was just given an IMA award by management and CEO. fresh out of the oven on monday. It was the first time i attended Management meeting. super stressful.

and also, winning Service excellence in URA awards and EXSA national award. Couldnt be more thankful, as a relatively new officer in service for only 1+ yr, in a job that is hard to get acclolades

others like supervising the KM system, SLV database .. blablablabla bla

Thank God for giving me the strength and favour, over this one hectic year

Boss told me to prep for harder work. He really wants to develop his officers i guess. anyhow, some senior ppl are leaving and their portfolios cannot be left dangling. also pushed me from a half newbie to becoming more and more senior on the fast track

Lined up for next year, besides regular PLO work, and continuing my current portfolio

- implement and conduct functional training for all in the unit. on a monthly basis!
- take on mentoring new officers
- come next week, WITS leader. (argh)
- Monitor service provider
- more events! DnD

Boss told me some overwhelming news about my performance and potential...
overwhelming. i think im not that good.
its exciting and scary at the same time


and he asked me if i want to join the team to revamp our website ...
IT siahhhh


now im seriously thinking on how to have 84 hours a day

Cant believe how much i miss Dan when we are tog 24/7 most of the time and coming close to a year, and apart for only 2 hours

i cant believe how im counting down 24 hours to seeing him

yeah and we were just talking about how we are still so in love...

I just love his calming presence. its amazing how i have no urge to quarrel with this guy at all.

how we just enjoy peacefully listening to jazz, and staring at each other, or the tv, or talking, or drinking ...

but seriously, i dont care. for all i know prob no one reads this cos its randomly updated and grossly boring

But im thanking God for Dan everyday. among many other things of course.

He is the type who keeps me in mind and buys me a little something if he happen to be browsing the shops alone...

as a kid, weddings used to be beautiful. now you grow up and look around and be cynical, u realise WOW its hellaluva stress and stuff...How a bride can look so happy, id never understand... ive only briefly helped out at someone's weddin, and i already feel the stress

Baby Kaden!! He is my team leader's boy.. just turned one. absolutely sweet natured and obedient...

Laoda knows who to pass her baby too when we work on sats and she brings him. Straight to Meee... cos i bought him lotsa nice clothes and toys u see...

if im ever having a kid, id pray for one with his temperament. He is an absolute angel! the worst side of his ive seen was just a few whimpers... awwww'

my hot and sweet laoda... whose age i wont bother revealing because you wont believe. and how lucky can one be to give birth and gain a hot figure!

I believe God blesses the good. she is too kind at times, and i hate the way work is often piled on her because she is uncomplaining, and hate how some evil people can still criticise her for procastinating 1000 billion other tasks.

But she is blessed, with a good family, good parents, good hubby and baby kaden!!
