The one with the low morale

It's one of those days.
I feel drained
As if I have lost all resilience against enemies
As if their small petty moves will topple me
And it feels like the salary is not worth it

I have, possibly an opportunity that people will die for
But I probably won't take it
Because I'm too tired to take on the challenge
I'm selfish
I will sacrifice the needs of an entire unit of staff
I thought this isn't me
But it is
